Traditional Patios

Patios originated from the Spanish people and it is usually a large open space with different plants and decors that is paved or laid out in bricks arranged in an attractive way. The traditional patio is not complete without the classic wrought-iron furniture in the corners or in the middle of the courtyard where family and friends can sit and relax. There is also a need to place wicker chairs as well as coffee table where adults can spend lazy afternoons in the courtyard sipping a hot, aromatic coffee with loved ones.

A courtyard should have green plants and blooming flowering shrubs to add a burst of colors in the courtyard. Of course, it will never be complete without  a simple or three-tiered stone fountain in the middle of the patio. These days there are a variety of fountains to choose from with different style and size.
