Perfect Little Courtyard

I love this courtyard because it is actually pretty simple, yet at the same time the simple elements they have here have come together to make a perfect little space. The gravel paths are great, and add a nice balance to the starker, earthy colors. The bark dust was a smart addition because you greatly reduce the amount of upkeep you are going to need to do when you use bark dust in the yard. I also love the stone work on the little island with the darker soil. The trees and grass are also beautiful. There is a lot to like here.
